By using the Amer platform, you agree to refrain from the following:
Saving or uploading non-proprietary files: It is prohibited to provide or upload files containing software, materials, data or information that is not owned by you or for which you do not have a license.
Unsolicited commercial e-mail: It is forbidden to use the platform to send any commercial or unsolicited email.
Harmful substances: It prevents uploading or uploading files containing viruses, corrupted data, or malicious software.
Prohibited substances: It is forbidden to publish defamatory materials, illegal materials or contrary to public morals.
Objection to the correct operation: It is forbidden to use any means to object to the correct operation of the platform.
Refrain from loading unreasonable stresses: It is forbidden to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or large load on the platform structure.
Compliance with laws: It is forbidden to perform any act that is considered contrary to the laws in force in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Virus protection
We strive in the Amer platform to ensure the safety of the materials provided, but users must run antivirus programs to ensure the safety of the materials they download.
Claims
The Amer platform provides its services and information “as is” and”as available”, and does not warrant or assume responsibility for any interruptions, errors or excesses that may arise as a result of using the platform.
Responsibility
Users should make use of the information available through the platform with full responsibility and comply with the laws in force in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Compensation
The user acknowledges the acquittal and does not take any action against Amer or any of its departments and employees due to his use of the platform.
Property rights
All content and materials available via the platform are the property of Amer and are protected by Saudi copyright, trademark and property rights laws.
Judicial reference
Users are obliged to comply with the regulations of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts are competent to hear claims arising from this policy.
